Cheryl asked these questions a couple of weeks ago and, now that I think about it, I’m not sure if they were for me or for future interviewees…

But I’m going to answer them now and may well add them to the interview questions in the future. (I’ve been meaning to have a look and change a few out, will do that soon.)

What does work-life balance look like to you?

It’s hard because, as I’ve mentioned before, my work isn’t really separate from my life. But what’s important to me is that I can spend time with my boys. If one of them wants to watch something with me or go out for breakfast or for a walk, I want to be able to do that.
