Years ago, I had a life coach, Suzy Walker. One day, on the phone, she asked me to picture a wardrobe. I step inside the wardrobe and at the back there’s a door. I open the door and on the other side of it is everything I’ve ever wanted. I pictured the wardrobe, I stepped inside, I pushed open the door and then I had to end the call and scurry directly to the loo.

Yep, the thought of success made me literally shit myself.
