What’s changed?
It’s been so interesting to revisit my answers from before.
My relationship with money has both improved and ostensibly got worse – a head injury and months of concussion in 2023 then late diagnosis of ADHD in 2024 (aged 49; how did it take me THIS long to realise I was impulsive???) made things worse.
I’ve been really getting into the weeds around my spending, earning and EVERYTHING (even when I want to cry with frustration because I struggle so much with numbers), tracking things and working with my nervous system (the way I do in all other areas of my life and have been supporting clients in doing for over a decade – why did it take me SO LONG to apply what I know to money?).
