No one has asked any questions! So I’ve made one up and I’m answering that instead.

Last week, I mentioned that Amazon must think I’ve died because I did so few orders during no spend April. Lovely Claire from

Creatively Conscious
commented that she’s trying not to use Amazon too, and I mentioned that I haven’t actually stopped using Amazon altogether because that’s where the majority of my income comes from.

And then I got a royalty statement. So I thought I would share some actual figures and breakdowns (not mine) with you.

I have over the years been published by a bunch of different publishers, but I’ve made the most money from Bookouture, who published my first four adult romcoms. Bookouture also pay quarterly and provide clear and detailed royalty statements, which is not the case for the majority of publishers, unfortunately.
