A follow up on an interview with Catherine from two years ago today! Didn’t even plan that…

What’s changed?
Hello again!
The first post I wrote for Keris was full to the brim of post-divorce hubris. I was earning more than I ever had, I was overwhelmed with really good TV jobs, and the sun was shining.
Well, production is slower right now, people I know, camera people, are doing delivery driving or in one case milking cows. So this year jobs are thin on the ground. My earnings this year, I expect will be less that I’ve been used to. I’m chasing a couple of maybe kids TV jobs, but we’ll see. Like most of us long term freelancers I am used to holding tight and hoping something will come up.
