Super insightful read! I also ADORE that you went to see Harry twice in one year. Epic!!!

Thanks! And oh way more than that! I’ve seen him five times this year, I think.

Like does he come round for tea or 5 gigs?

Five gigs! (I would love it if he came round for tea.) (Or would I?)

😆 a-mazing!!! I took L to Harry Potter world and it’s been such a long time coming and was a pretty expensive trip all in and I kind of just let go of what things cost and spent money and now I’m trying not to think about all the funding rejections and just trust it will all be ok. I hate that doing something “expensive” does this to me. 😵

Oh I absolutely get that. So often in the past I let worrying about money ruin trips and things for me (and possibly also, to some extent, the people sharing those trips with me). I try really hard not to do it now.

Yeah it’s such a thing of it’s moment isn’t it! I took my son to Nando’s for the first time and I loved every minute! He found it hard because we just don’t do stuff like that and it’s a pretty stimulating environment but we waited for a quiet table and he got into it and I’m so glad we did it rather than picnicked in the hotel like he wanted! 😂

I know this conversation about money is sooooo important and I am here for it but....what I really want to talk about is seeing Harry Styles. Only seen him once, but oh my.

Oh wow, are you in the right place 😂 I’ve seen him 17 times and I’m writing a book about him (the deadline is looming).

Nice! Tax deductible gigs. That's very good money management.

Look forward to reading the book x

Haha! Literally one of the first things I thought was that all my (considerable) Harry expenses are now tax deductible 😂
